Creating a popular restaurant dish, at home

* at some restaurant* mmmmm, this meal is so good... I wish I had the recipe...
If I go out to eat and have a meal that I can't stop thinking about - I like to try to recreate it.
This week I tackled the Cheesecake Factory's Louisiana Chicken Pasta. And I gotta say, my interpretation? It's pretty damn close, although nobody does it like the Cheesecake Factory themselves.
I found a few recipes on Pinterest that seemed close, but none of them were right. Here is the recipe I created!
