Cranberry Chutney, Brie & Turkey Leftover Panini

The perfect sandwich to cure your thanksgiving food hangover is leftovers of course. Homemade cranberry orange chutney, white meat turkey and brie cheese stuffed between two pieces of grilled whole wheat bread.

Recipe:

Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey

Brie Cheese

Cranberry orange Chutney (Can be substituted for cranberry sauce)

Whole Wheat Bread

Directions:

Cover two sides the slices of bread with mayo or butter for grilling. Using one piece of bread, smother the non-buttered side with chutney or cranberry sauce. Using the other piece of bread, add as enough brie cheese to fully cover the slice of bread. Add as much turkey as your heart desires then combine the two pieces. Grill on a pan or a panini press and enjoy!
